Understanding the Origami Owl® Compensation Plan

So you may be asking yourself, "How much can an Origami Owl® designer really earn?" While everyone earns the same percentage of commission, your total earnings will vary. What I can do is break it down to show you what you have the opportunity to make. This number really depends on why you join, and how you choose to run your business. There are many reasons as to why you may decide to become an Origami Owl® designer, and each one will impact this differently:

• Joining for personal use, as a discount for gifts, friends, and family.
• Joining with a set goal in mind, to raise funds for Christmas, a family vacation, etc.
• Joining because you love the jewelry, for fun, and as a hobby.
• Joining for a part time income.
• Joining for a full time income.

The amount of time and effort you put into your business will directly impact your total sales. Whether you are hosting 2 parties a week, two a month, or one every two months, the Origami Owl® career plan allows the flexibility for you to choose just how much you want to make.

There are two ways that you can earn commission:

1. Personal Volume - You earn between 30-50% on all personal sales, whether it be through friends and family, by hosting Jewelry Bars® or sales generated at events.
2. Override Commission - Commission earned on your downline 

Everyone regardless of achieved title receives between 30-50% discount/commission on all personal sales as I already noted as the first way you will receive commission. However, if you choose to build a team of your own and follow the Origami Owl® Career Plan, you have the opportunity to earn additional commission as a bonus on your team!
